Partnership Terms
Effective Date: December 14, 2025
Revenue Sharing (The 23% Service Fee)
MOP is a platform dedicated to bringing you more customers and streamlining the printing process. To maintain the system, server costs, and marketing, MOP retains a fixed commission of 23% on every document printed through our system.
Example Calculation:
- If a customer pays Tsh 10,000 for a print job:
- MOP Service Fee (23%): Tsh 2,300
- Your Earnings (77%): Tsh 7,700
5-Day Payout Schedule
We value your partnership and aim to pay you as quickly as possible. However, our secure payment processor (DPO Group) imposes a mandatory 3-working-day settlement period before funds are released to us.
To ensure a consistent and reliable payment flow, MOP processes payouts to stationery partners every 5 days (or weekly).
This brief delay ensures all transactions are verified and cleared by the banking system securely. We appreciate your patience and trust.
Total Transparency
You can track every single order, the amount paid by the customer, the 23% deduction, and your accumulating balance in real-time via your Stationery Dashboard. You will always know exactly how much you are owed.
